Portsmouth Ohio Christmas Parade 2024. Winterfest, the festival that earned portsmouth's designation as a hallmark hometown christmas town, runs from thanksgiving to new year's (and sometimes longer)! River days has been scheduled for august 30 through september 1 and will feature rides and games, merchants, food trucks and vendors, live music, a parade, the river days.
